Well? It's all about Emma.
It's to help, advise, motivate, humour, support and keep our Em on track.
The rules are simple.
Emma must blog on here as often as possible what she has eaten during the day. A food diary of sorts, but one that will answer back if needed, give advice when required and know when a fib is being told.
She must include:
-a quick biscuit in the teachers lounge at morning break
-any of Mick's chips thats he has brought home (naughty boy)
-nibbles of chocolate during PMT
-a late night lamb sandwich after a few cheeky beers at the Orchard
-sausage sandwich at the football
-bubble and cakes with the girls!
In order for this to work Emma must not fib, misdirect, withhold or out right lie about it OR WE WILL KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! WAGs always know.
In return we will:
-never judge
-be positive
-commiserate
-congratulate
-support
-love (ahhhhhhh)
Eating right is never easy at first, we all know that, so hopefully this will help Emma on the right path and away from the delicious, tempting, naughty things.

actually i have had:
- toast for brekkie
- le pasta!!
- some lush choccie that WAGaMAMa force-fed me
- about 2 inches of crusty bread with phiily light
- chicken curry (homemade fresh from the freezer compartment) with microwave rice
- about 70 cups of tea
alreet??? he he
mick (policer that he is....) has just told me to add the extra two pieces of dairy milk i just nibbled on (does it count that i am PMT-ified?!?) and the spoonful of his broth i slurped.... ;-)
